HK USP P10

Check out this unsolicited testimonial:

"Just a note to the forum here; I just got back earlier today from the range trying out my second P10 (decided to get a backup to the first one). I got em both from Larry @ CCF. Hey gang: one hole @ 7 meters w/ WinSXT 127gr+p+ slow fire. I haven't looked at the test target yet, but I'll post those data when I look at it tomorrow. time for me to invest in a digital camera so I can show this stuff here!! Interestingly, at the same time I had been asked by my dealer to try out an STI LS, a very compact 9mm on a reduced 1911 frame: holy horse hockey, I had more malfunction clearance drills to perform on that POS in 24 rounds of ProLoad, WinSXT, and RemBPHP: you name it: failures to feed, extract, eject, double feeds on unfired cartridges in the chamber, on empty cartridges in the chamber; failures in which the slide locked back. (in fairness to __, I also have a __ in 9mm and it is the single most accurate 9mm I have ever fired, save for the 9mm Expert).

Then I took out the P10 and shot it. Wow!! Oh what a relief that was!!

Other thing is, as I'm sure you all know, Larry is one helluva good man to do business with!!

Tony

PS: forgot to note that the group was with 3 rounds - I decided to quit while I was ahead"

The P10 was also built to the Germany Army’s specifications for issue to their officers and use by their criminal investigative units. We have also been told the P10 has also been adopted by a number of German Police departments. The P10 is a HK USP 9mm Compact witht the same differences from standard USP 9MM Compact as the P8 differs from a standard USP 9MM - as follows:

1) "P10" inscribed on slide and at bottom of grip panel

2) Safety/decocking lever oversized ala Colt 1911

3) Safety lever, unlike the P8, operates only as a decocker, no safety on provision

Unfortunately, these were brought in without any magazines. These have never been released to commercial market. As described and pictured in recent article in Small Arms Review. Only 2 were obtained. Don't snooze.

Pistols supplied, as pictured, w/test target from HK Oberndorf, NO Magazine, hard plastic case, owner’s manual in German only - $975.00

HK USP 40 Expert

HK USP 40 Expert - with the extended slide and sight radius is the one pistol, when practiced shooters handle it, you can see the whees turning on their forehead as they mull their finances. There is something about the balance, the ergonomics & the feel of the Expert 40 that cannot be conveyed by pictures - best way to put it - I'm now shooting one, it felt that good in my hand.

Because of the O ring bushing system, it's accuracy is superb - in fact I have to admit, out of the box, I think the USP Expert captures the crown held by the SIG P210 pistols for too long and at about 1/2 the price of the original P210.

Supplied with two owners manual, one generic USP manual and one specific to the Expert series, two spare O rings, small allan wrench, sight adjustment keychain tool, spare hammer and spare detente plate, a set of zeroxed instruction sheets for hammer and detente changeout. Was only able to obtain and there are supposed to be less than 100 brought in. Have one pistol in the Euro market hardcase as viewed above, and two in the HK soft case as the HK Tactical 45 pistols are supplied in. All three pistols are HK, Sterling, VA imports, so no hassle from HK on warranty /customer support of these pistols.

As these were delivered with 16 round post ban magazines, we are offering these to the civilian market without any mags. Either the ten round or preban 12 round mags will mount by removing the grip extension which detaches in a few minutes time. For any Law Enforcement types out there, we can supply it with the original magazines .

For civilian market sales, offered without any magazines at ..........$1350.00
With one preban 12 round HK USP 40 magazine, ............................$1425.00
For any Law Enforcement market sales, with the
two original 16 round mags for ..............................................................$1405.00.

THESE WILL NOT LAST!!

HK USP "P8" PISTOL

The P8 was built to the Germany Army’s specifications for their evaluation trials held in 1991 - 1992 for a new standard issue sidearm for general issue. The HK USP 9mm was adopted and designated as the P8. Differences from standard USP 9 as follows:

1) "P8" inscribed on slide and at bottom of grip panel

2) Safety/decocking lever oversized ala Colt 1911

3) Safety lever operates reverse from normal
i.e., "Fire" to up position, "Safe" to down

4) Barrel on the USP P8 is lands and grooves (true rifling) and not polygonal.
We learned today this was to accomodate a request for tighter accuracy.
We also learned the USP P8 and P10 were to be chambered to accept all
standard NATO 9MM ammo.

Difference #3 may be the reason for the "P8" designation as it is the eight variant of safety/decocking configuration

Magazines supplied with these pistols are exactly as supplied to German Army for evaluation trials with white translucent mag bodies - German Army wanted to evaluate pragmatic benefits of see thru mag bodies. Actual mags adopted were not white in color. These have never been released to commercial market. As described and pictured in recent article in Small Arms Review. Only 12 were obtained from the Swiss Federal Police with four left.

Pistols supplied, as pictured, w/test target from HK Oberndorf, one pre-ban high capacity mag (15 rds), hard plastic case and owner’s manual in German only. $975.00

HK USP P8 Pre-ban Magazines

Received a small quantity of spare magazines, as pictured and as supplied to German Army for 1991-92 evaluation trials. 15 round capacity, less than 20 left . $105.00
